For this momentous first post, I want to tell you about a lunch outing the whole team went on recently!
The HLJ office is located in Sano City, Tochigi Prefecture. Sano is famous for its 'Sano ramen!'
Sano ramen is characterized by noodles made using the traditional 'aotake-uchi' (bamboo-kneading) method and a clear, mild soy sauce-based broth.
There are so many Sano Ramen shops in the city, and the flavors and noodle textures vary slightly from place to place.
This time, we visited a shop called 'Takahiro.'
It was absolutely delicious!
The soy sauce ramen is highly recommended, of course, but the salt-based ramen is truly exquisite.
If you ever come to Japan, you simply have to try Sano Ramen!
